PRIOR TO PLACEMENT OF ORDER, PLEASE ENSURE ALL INFORMATION (FULL NAME, SHIPPING ADDRESS, EMAIL, PHONE NUMBER) PROVIDED ARE CORRECT. FAILURE TO PROVIDE CORRECT INFORMATION WILL RESULT IN A LOST OR MISSING PACKAGE.

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT PROCESSING TIMES AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES DIFFER. ALL ORDERS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 5-8 BUSINESS DAYS, THIS IS NOT INCLUDING THE PERIOD IT TAKES FOR CARRIER TO DELIVER.


Yumi Lash Co is closed on weekends and major holidays. Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Please allow 5-8 business days for all online shipping.

 

We ship internationally:
We ship almost everywhere in the world! Here's a list of the countries we do ship to: Argentina, Australia, Canada, Costa Rica, Netherlands, New Zealand, South Africa, United Kingdom, Venezuela. Some countries might be excluded or require a business or a tax ID to ship to; don’t worry, we will contact you if there are any of these issues with your shipment. Shipping rates vary based on weight and distance; estimated cost will be calculated at checkout.

Please Note: Customers are 100% responsible for all Duties, Taxes and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) imposed by their respective countries when shipping internationally. These taxes are NOT included in the International shipping fee and orders will not be refunded because of unwanted additional fees. Please be sure to check with your local post office to find out fees before placing an order.

Shipping Times and Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are shipped standard Ground via UPS and/or USPS. Your order will be shipped via best way with one of these two carriers. Delivery times are between 5 – 8 days depending on your location.
Delivery delays may occasionally occur.

 

Lost and Stolen Packages: Yumi Lash Co is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they depart from our fulfillment center. For any lost or stolen packages, please make a claim with the carrier.



Damaged Packages: Yumi Lash Co is not responsible for any packages that are damaged during shipment. For assistance with products that have a manufacturer defect, please contact our support team at
